The Machinist Custom Choices Supplemental Benefits Program, provided by Employee Benefit Systems, Inc has been extremely successful throughout the years providing our Union brothers and sisters with supplemental benefits that have quite literally changed their lives. That success has afforded EBS the opportunity to give back to our preferred charity partner and friends, Guide Dogs of America in a meaningful way.
During the 2021 Guide Dogs of America Las Vegas Charity Weekend our EBS President, Jeff Grim presented Russ Gittlen with a check for the cumulative total of our contributions to GDA.
Our commitment to the Guide Dogs of America and Tender Loving Canines continues to grow and we now offer two opportunities for our Members that we insure to help support the GDA mission. During our benefit enrollments for every member we meet with we donate $5 dollars to GDA. We have also added a new way for Union members to give through a program we call Gift Back to GDA. This program allows members to gift $2, $5, or other on a weekly basis to the GDA program. 100% of that donation is collected and given to the GDA organization to help continue their mission of Transforming Lives Through Partnerships with Service Dogs.
