EMPLOYEE BENEFIT SYSTEMS was founded in 1997 when we recognized a need to provide the BEST IN CLASS insurance products to members and their families.

Our Senior Leadership has contributed their extensive expertise, company contacts, quality customer care, and knowledge of the Union and Municipalities insurance needs and interests. As such, Employee Benefit Systems offers over 120 years of combined experience in the insurance industry.

At EBS we focus on what the member needs for their financial protections through insurance products. Our benefit counselors are non-commissioned licensed insurance professionals. Without the commission component the benefit counselor can focus on educating the member on the available products and finding the right and most affordable solution to a need.
